As you can see, the liquid is no longer in the loop

Its a xspc 270 photon reservoir and I thought I would try and get
the water out the same way that it went in, got some but then
it got stuck so I pulled off the other pipe and it didnt go as planned

The radiator I have now does actually have bleed ports, but they are
underneath the metal plate that the radiator attaches to, so inaccessible

Like you said, the liquid is no longer in the loop. Drain = successful.

I just put a t- or a y-splitter in my loops at the lowest point with a bit of extra tube coming off that has a valve/stopcock at the end to drain the loop.
