Aloha, i'm in the process of selecting components for a relatively modern build and am thinking of the PSU to go with. Have calculated consumption here, apparently A 574w PSU will suffice, but i'm sure they aren't available.

I'm not really into OC, i might run a mild one on cpu/ram/gpu but certainly won't be pushing things.
Components:
CPU: 3900x
GPU: (probably) 6800XT
Storage: 2/3 SSD
4 (ish) fans, 32GB DDR4

Running mainly gaming at 1440p hopefully around 144fps+, some game dev in Unity, have been known to do some 3D rendering, Software dev, etc. Not too strenuous.

I was thinking a 750w would cover all bases, but would 650 be too much of a push?
Ta!

I would be looking at a quality 750/850w Gold rated psu. Sadly a lack of stock due to Covid 19 paired with more power hungry component releases has meant that stock of psu's 750w and above are scarce and prices seem to have increased a bit. There is the Phanteks Amp 750w on OCUK which is a rebadged Seasonic Focus Plus and has a 10 year warranty and is a excellent psu.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'd shortlisted that one but wasn't sure if the brand was reliable but since it's a seasonic it just might be!
