Another theSkyNet POGS Challenge

And another, if the interest picks up and you fancy sticking with it until November...

I'll be doing my usual 40k-ish, as ever. I don't bother with any other projects now.

Signed up :)
I'll switch to POGs today or tomorrow, but then the [H] constellation challenge is immediately afterwards and that has pending credit so it won't work well as anyone running the first POGs challenge will only be able to run it during the duration of the challenge.
Looking forward to running POGs for the whole month of Oct. It would be nice as a team if we could hit POGs hard for that month, get some camaraderie and stompage going.

I've moved onto POGs now but won't be able to run to the max as I have visitors coming to stay next weekend in the middle of the first challenge and I doubt they will appreciate the hum of the fans.

Will definitely be in for the October challenge too :)

Not a lot of shouting going on over here but it looks like we should stay in 6th position :)

Would have been nice if I could finish in top 10 for this and GPUgrid but it looks like I'll get pipped before the end unless someone wants to go and validate my 500+ pending WUs :(

Problem we've seen before with some of these challenges is that there will be some with supposedly big PCs who set clients to download massive work queues, far more than can be done within the challenge timescale. It means they hold loads of WUs that others need for validation. Not a long term problem as everything works itself out, but short term it's a pain.

POGS doesn't react so well to that as their deadlines are relatively short (6-7 days). Certainly won't work for the month-long challenge anyway, but there sadly doesn't seem to be much interest in that (save from the EVGA team which has all the biggest hitters).

My output will have to drop at some point soon, but half of mine comes from one PC and that's not going anywhere.
