Im just about to order but just need to know a few things,

Im going to get the Home Premium Retail 32/64bit. But does that come with 2 different disks and cdkeys? what im wanting to do is go halfers with my dad and he is going to use 32bit for his pc and im going to use 64bit for mine.

Is this possible?

yeh but then it comes down to what version do i want, which i still dont have a clue what to go for. wouldnt want to go 64bit then notice a lot of the programs i use dont work or all hardware i have dosent have drivers etc. But i dont even know if that is a problem, maybe 64bit is fine. Its just an image in my head of it lol.

OEM would be good for my dad as he never upgrades his pc, but i change my hardware all the time.

Just downloaded that vista advisery program to test my machine aswell. Says that Nortons Firewll 6.0.0 and Norton Antivirus 2003 wont work with vista :(

Hope vista is secure enough to run without any firewalls etc for awhile lol :D

another thing, i know a lot of programs might not work for vista, but i have a lot of programs/files/etc on my spare harddrive. When i load up vista ill still be able to import things from my spare HD? or will a lot of it be corrupt?
