Hi guys.
Currently on Virgin Media with hub 3.

Whilst watching Youtube, if i skip forward a few minutes, the video freezes and i get the buffereing circle.
If i am watching a stream, my son gets high Ping on his upstairs PC.

here is a pic of my bqm graph, sea of read the last 2 days.

On Router settings, downstream power is between 4.4 to 0.2

I tried restarting the router yesterday, but made no difference.

Any idea whats going on?

Only 2 PC's connected by lan, a X99 and a Z79 system
3 or 4 mobiles also connected

As mentioned your VM IP has probably changed (it does sometimes although not very often), so you'll need to update your BQM graph with the new IP.

This is a separate issue to what you're experiencing on the PC though.

The IP address could have changed on its own.

Virgin IPs are very sticky but not static. Check that your WAN IP matches what you configured the BQM for. Then check that you can ping your router from outside the network.

My IP address changed on VM yesterday so had to update my BQM graph. Don't know what they've done but I'm seeing lower and more stable pings so far.

I have checked my ip address, and its still the same in BQM, so it hasnt changed.
here is todays graph

It obviously isn't receiving ping replies. The most reasons for that have already been mentioned. If it isn't the IP, check the ping response from the WAN side (from a phone on 3G/4G for example).

Have i done it right? i ping my router from my phone
