Hi guys,

I'm wanting to go to watercooling, as the three main things I want are:

Low noise
Low Temps
Little or no dust buildup

So I've been looking at the watercooling kits on OcUK, and was wondering... do they have everything that is required to set a loop up? Mainly looking at a CPU only loop for now, but may move to GPU also in the future.

Also assuming they do indeed have everything that is required, does anyone have any good experience in how well they perform? Or maybe point me in the direction of any good ones?

Budget?

Are you looking for quiet (and you live in an urban area)
Or very quiet (as you live in the country)

No dust, would point me towards large rad with low rmp fans with filters or passive.
Quads at 3.6 and passive watercooling are not good bedfellows.

But a 120.2 or 120.3 with some nice fans volt mod'ed down to 7v or below will do your Q6600 with some room for the two 8800GT's at a later date. Check out the case gallery for 900's with watercooling in.

Shoot be down if I'm leading MooMoo in the wrong direction guys as fans are not really my thing

Hmm budget, well I want a good reliable one that does the job its supposed to, so how much would one in that criteria cost? ;)

It's probably 50/50 not going to be this system, but the next, I'm just looking to buy all the bits I need for a rainy day when I'm in the mood to set it up.

No dust isn't really that important, the antec 900 case fans just pull in a lot of air, though with w/c I wouldn't need them so it's a non issue I'd say.

well looking at the ocuk kit - its ok
but i have got this

which is slightly better spec
and its cost me £130

EK Supreme Cleartop Waterblock
TFC Xchanger - Single Radiator 120
Sharkoon Silent Eagle 2000
XSPC 200 Bay Reservoir & Pump
EK 1/2 FITTINGS X6
XSPC 7/16 Black Tubing - 2m
Feser Aqua - Ultra Pure Water
PTFE TAPE

£6 more than the ocuk kit

Thats cheaper than I was expecting to pay for w/c, how well does it perform + are all the bits easy to set up? Have you tried it with your q6600 any higher than 3.3?

No dust build up? Are you serious?
