Another, What Bird is this?

sitting in the van today and this bird landed 2 meters from me, I managed to grab my iPhone and take a few snaps,

I usually dont ask these kind of questions, but in all my 47 years I have never seen this bird before,

any ideas?

Most certainly is! I've seen a few more of these around this year on my cycle into work which is nice as to me it seemed they've been on a decline a bit over the past years.

We get them in the garden, suddenly one day a couple of years back they started arriving to eat the peanuts and now they're a regular.
