Bt are totally useless, spend over 2 hours this morning trying to speak to someone who i can understand and isnt a robot.

So, im moving isp. Need unlimited download and good for gaming. Considered bethere....

I've been with plus.net for 2 years now, and for me they have been perfect. Got premier pack, with 30:1 contention ratio, a rock solid connection, a constant 5-20 ping in cs:s, and i've always had my support emails answered within 4 hours. Or, you can call them, which normally takes about 2-5 mins for them to answer. A few times they've shocked me and answered on second ring though! Nearly had a heart attack. I pay about £22 a month, with 20g limit between 4pm and midnight a month, unlimited any other time.
