Got to do a change in a few hundred miles and am having trouble choosing between the following brands:

Fuchs TITAN XTR 10w-40 High Performance Semi-Synthetic Engine Oil
Motul 6100 Synergie+ 10W-40 Gasoline and Diesel engine oil Technosynthese
Mobil Super 2000 X1 10w-40 Semi Synthetic Engine Oil
Millers Oils XSS 10w-40 Semi Synthetic Engine Oil
Shell Helix HX7 10W-40 Semi-synthetic Premium Engine Oil

The first two are ~£16 the other three are roughly ~£21 (this is for 5 litres), im leaning towards either Mobil or Shell because i've seen their name in advertising a lot so they must be better (/sarcasm).

Any advice? thanks :)

P.S: almost forgot, cars a 1990 Supra twin turbo.

I'd use a good fully synthetic (Castrol Edge, Mobil 1 etc) on a turbo performance motor, semi synthetic is a stingy choice IMO :)

Castrol Edge doesn't come in the right viscosity and Mobil 1 fully synth is hard to get here in the right viscosity, it would be £71 delivered and I don't really want to spend that on something that will be poured away in 3000 miles, thats more than Toyota would charge to do the oil change inc their reccommended oil lol.

What do you guys think of "Gulf Competition 10w-40 racing engine oil" its fully synth
