Another 'which ram' thread, sorry...

Hi,

I've got a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard which presently has 1GB of Hyundai memory installed ie: x2 512mb modules.

I would like to upgrade this to 2GB as I have a number of demanding programs I switch between.

With this in mind, I'm confused as to which memory to go for as I require stability and am not really in a position to be swapping memory if it renders my computer unusable.

Which modules do I go for in this regard?

If you are not overclocking simply get the cheapest 1gb ram you can find
generic ram is fine fancy heatsinks do not = quality and stability.
