Another which TV thread....LG 55 b7 or Sony 55 XE93

I can get the b7 for £1409

or

the Sony XE93 for £1319

TV will be used for mainly for Sky, movies streamed from a NAS, netflix and gaming.

Thoughts?

Also read the upscaling is really good on the xe93 and also read that watching Sky doesn’t look as good on the LG.

One thing I do like about the Sony is the android tv aspect. I do like that I can install a vpn app on it to stream from US Netflix.

Can you cast YouTube from your phone to the LG? I know you can do that on the Sony (currently doing that now with my Sony tv)?

Ah buying a tv these days are so hard...

So I managed to find the Sony even cheaper at £1,279, just checking if I can get it priced matched at usual places. Makes it very tempting now.

Just purchased the LG 65 C7 (for the black rim) from RS. Arrives Tuesday and can’t wait. I did a lot of research and concluded that this was the best way to go. Liked some of the 1500 Samsung’s TV’s but in the end OLED won.

Was this purchased in store? Can't seem to find it on their website.

So good so far. Any recommend setting for the tv?
