Managed to get to the section which gives you one month free! Selected this, entered details, and then it errored saying it could not be done at this time
(cue screaming at new XBox)
OK so i try again, but when i put in my user/pass to try again it says it is already in use, and it also wont let me sign in as an existing user.

Phoned XBox Live support phone number, and they are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They said i should create a new Windows Live ID, i said "No, i want to use my existing one please" they then said, er, ok, well just create a new one!
They are hopeless and can barely speak English. Also, i can't sign in on the xbox.com/support site.
What should i do? Is there an English based call centre?
Aside from that i had a good base on my games last night, gears of war is brilliant, chain saw madness!
