Does for me - not as good as AdBlock, but it gets enough. Other alternative's AdMuncher, but that tends to be over agressive - and it's not free either.

not sure have you looked on the site, you could always install it and see if it works .

verygood program so far dont even notice its running ,its just a little icon in the internet explorer tray
