Anoying Chrome/Google issue

Over the last few days Chrome has been really annoying me. Every time I open a new browser am always getting a top of page banner with My Account and a view button

Have followed it but it just keeps on coming back and will not go away no matter how many times I click the close

Anyone else getting this and is there a way to make it go away forever?

Feel I may be ditching chrome very soon

If this is the one you're talking about, it's not a Chrome issue, as it also appears in Internet Explorer when you go to the Google website.

I followed the link and now it doesn't come up anymore. Not sure why it isn't doing that for you, sorry

Paste this link into the addressbar to actually sign into the browser

chrome://chrome-signin/

It might fix it.
