Anoying Noise. Help

Hello peoples.

Just looking for a wee bity help. my case seams to have this extremely anoying noise, its extremely hard to explain. Imagine something going in a circle and the closer it gets to you the louder it is, its like a fan that isnt spinning properly but i have checked them all and doesnt appear to stop. im pretty sure its not my HDD either.

Could it be because i dont have the PSU fan linked in?

I know im going to get slaughtered for me description of the noise but hey its friday.

Heres my spec

Mobo: Asus Asus P5N-T Deluxe
RAM: Crucial Balistix Tracer
GFX: 8800gt 512 Alphadog, 8800gt 512 STD
CPU: Q6600 2.4ghz Stock (i know i need to clock it)
PSU: 650W TruePower Trio
HDD: Samsung f1 spinpoint
 
Have you tried to pinpoint the noise in any way at all?

I know this isn't really a good idea but if fans are making a noise in my machine I use my finger to slow them down one at a time to see if the noise dissappears :p

If you die, don't blame me.
 
Lol, dont think i will be in a possition to blame if i am lol.

I tried that but still continues. im using the standard case fan from the Antec Titan 650, possibly that. its hard to pin point it when you are close to the case. may have to get the girl to stick her finger in the fan lol
