Yes because I just lost at level 49. Only my second go at it though, I would imagine it would go on for a very long time if I tried again. The ants seem to get harder the longer the game goes on.

It has indeed been posted before... but its a very addictive game

It is possible to lose, but as long as you use common sense and place your defences where they need to be then you can play for ages.
