Antec 1200 cooling question

hello people,i have an antec 1200 with a thermalright TRUE and 2x noctua s12 attached to it.The fans are sucking air from the east and blowing out to the west.At the back of the tower there is an exhaust fan.My question is "Is it better to have noctua fan no2 sukcing air from the thermalright heatsink and blowing it out the back through the exhaust fan or is it better to have noctua fan no2 sucking air onto the thermalright heatsink(west to east)....this of course would be sucking in the opposite direction to exhaust fan....which way is provides better cooling?

Rule of thermodynamics is dont have too many inconsistant air flows, have all the air from the fans directed at the back of the case so more heat gets pulled out otherwise you can get some overheating issues.
