Has anyone devised a cunning and simpler way to clean these blooming things? It's a right pain getting BOTH sides off every time to clean them. Has anyone modded a 1200 or found an easier way to clean them?

Also, has anyone replaced one of the case fans? One of my rear ones has started to rattle like hell. If you have replaced/changed one. How did you do it? And where did you get a fan from?

Cheers in advance.:D

How do you do that? Online support?

If so, where can I find the serial number for my case? I can't find anything anywhere.

EDIT- Oh and anyone got a solution to the fan filter problem?

Hi m8, the best way to clean the fan filters is to leave the screws securing the cages out of the case, assuming your not going to be tipping the case in any direction or travelling with it you can easily slide the cages out a little bit, remove the filter, clean it, put it back in and push the cage back in to the case.
As to replacing the fans id get in contact with TJHarlow from youtube as hes an expert case modder and has a lot of experience in that field and can tell you exactly what to do as he has worked with the Antec 1200 many times.

I suppose you could leave only 4 screws on the one side in. That would only require to take 1 side off every time.... might do that actually..

I'm seriously thinking I will throw all of the Antec fans out now. The noise they make is really starting to annoy me, especially the rear one. I'd like to replace the fans with some Noctua's but I'd like to still use the fan controller knobs. Think I can just rewire the cables? Just snip and connect em back?
