Antec 1200 Fan issue

Hi All

I have an antec 1200 case which i noticed yesterday that the large top fan nearly stops then speeds up again and repeats this cycle.

Any ideas as to what could be the issue?

Is it connected directly to a PSU molex plug?

How's it connected, upload a photo, check the connection is ok....
