antec 1200 mod (using sketchup)

Hi

Now before i get started DON'T LAUGH (only joking i can take it) did this using sketchup for the first time took me about 20mins to after i had used to the tools (well sort of used to). just a brief overview i'm going to fill them them trapizuim (hmm spelling) holes on the top with plastic weld, and i had some of the hexagonal mesh in sketchup but it was a pain to resize and rearrange it so i just left it. i also messed the dimensions up so it looks out of proportion. so lets have it.

Yeah, I've got a 1200 and that's one funky looking one. Why are you moving the Big Boy fan though? Isn't it ok where it is?

lol im not moving it like i said i messed up some of the dimensions so couldn't get the big boy in the right place. i'm already starting to think what this would look like when i start to watercool, uv orange with black coils (homer simpson dribble aaaarrghhh)

+1 vote against using any sort of coils. just orange would look much better imo.

btw what fans do you plan to use? any colour in mind? or just black.

if it was mine, id have non-led fans and 'let the tubes to the talking' - quoted from someone on here, cant remember who.

the colour scheme really will look class, specially with the black inside.

i'm now going to ring a couple of professional paint sprayers so i can get a price i rather spend a bit more for a superb mirror finish prolly 17 coats of lacquer

ah ok - must admit, id cut the led's out of the tricools aswell

id be interested to see how much it actually costs to get something like that done, never looked into it at all.
