Antec 1200 Problem

The top fan has decided to act up, keeps spinning up and slowing down kinda like a revving car or something.

Looking for a replacement fan if anyone has any ideas what will fit not just in size but dimensions. i think its 200mm and it also has a speed controller if thats going to cause problems with replacement

thanks, also got a question about the speed controlled 120s i'm looking to replace those too, this might be a noob question but do i absolutly have to get speed controlled replacements or can i use any 120mm and if i can what do you guys recommend as the best, price not an issue noise only slightly an issue.

yeah i unscrewed the controller unit on the back and realised that it isn't connected and is only clipped on, derp lol.
