I will possibly be buying the Corsair H50 CPU cooler with this case.

Where would be the best place be to mount the H50 rad? What are the best fans to use on the rad?

If I locate the rad where the top rear fan goes, will it not suck in the warm air expelled by the gfx card and PSU?

Yes it is possible and yes you would be mounting on 1 of the 2 rear exhaust fans. The airflow in the case is so good that I think you would have no issues with warm air

Would the rad be better mounted on the outside of the case at the back?

You can just mount it the other way around, and it will exhaust instead of intaking.

Seen your other thread about this and the corsair, if you are getting the H50 then definetly get the corsair as the H50 improves the airflow so much, there is a review somewnere telling you how much of a differance it makes.
