Looking to build a portable, silent PC

Do you guys think the antec 1300 will be ok for an AMD 3800+ Orleans?

I'll be running an mATX mobo with integrated graphics

Yes, but I wouldn't count on doing much overclocking.

You've not heard of the Abit LG-81 then? The best ever mATX overclocking board for Intel processors and it had on-board graphics. It clocked every bit as well as the full-size boards. In many cases people recommended it over a full-size board as it was a little bit cheaper too.
