Evening all,

Just purchased this case and noticed it doesn't have any cable management holes anywhere on the mobo plate. Is there any good DIY things I could do to get some, will be trying to tuck the cables away round the back.

Thanks.

Make merry with the holesaw, and it's not that hard. I drilled several 13mm and 25mm holes, and added an old PSU with all the inards stripped out to stash all the cables inside.

Got it looking like this with a couple of hours of effort. (I also removed the HDD bays and reverse mounted the HDDs in the empty 5.25" bays).

Muel, do you not find that the stability of the case has been reduced by taking out the HDD rails ?

I would have thought this added to the over all structure to stop it "wobbling" backwards and forwards. Obviously not to a major degree, as the side panels would help. But, would it effect it for moderate lan usage with the constant movement ?

I've posted about this before, hopefully it will help you out....

This is a build I did for a friend...

...all you really need to do is drill one new hole and make one existing one larger. You will need a cable extension for your 4/8pin to reach around the back of the board too.

Cable tie as many cables as possible at the back of the 3.25" bays.

A Sata optical would help too, or failing that, at least get a rounded cable for your IDE drive.

Also, not sure if your PSU would work well upside down, but that really helps keep it looking tidy too, and contrary to popular belief, there is enough room for it to breathe upside down.

Yes you can twist the case very easily without them in, but the motherboard tray holds that steady and the side panels stop any movement at all. I can't flex it with them on and screwed in properly.

hmm clearly i`m not good at cable managment lol... when i get my cam fixed i'll post my cable managment. i probably should use a few more cables, but i just don`t want to tie it all up, and then decide to add something else... lol

looks very pretty all my cables seems to be all in one space at the bottom of my antec 902 :( still it looks nice when i look into the case apart from the cable for the sound at the front, which goes over the gpu :(
