Hi Guys

To Celebrate my recent acquisition of the OcUK case range, I have decided to give you guys a storming deal on our best selling chassis.

The Antec 300 needs no introduction and at this price point, they wont be around for long!

Antec 300 Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case - Black @ £39.95 inc VAT

A cable management compartment keeps your system organized and the airflow unobstructed. A 120mm rear fan and 140mm top fan ensure that the case runs cool even when playing the most demanding games, while the sleek black finish gives it an extra stylish edge.

Does that side fan slot bulge out?

Yes it does. :)

I saw this one coming ever since you got them back in stock. I noticed those two 'today only' offers at this price where none of them seemed to sell as well. :D

I still think this case is pointless because of the Antec 300-2... Unbeatably reliable? It's a case. Unbeatable? If you want a case with next to no features sure. Portable frame? No more so than any other case, its not that light either. Technically the I/O is on the front not the top and it only has a single air filter. :D

Also why is the top fan "special"? Is that desperation to get them out of the warehouse? :p

*edit* wait, its not even a permanent reduction? Oh my...

You could just get a solid side panel which is meant for the other side and use it to replace the vented one. :)

or you could just cut around the fan mount (and then some!) and window it up with some cheap acrylic, which is what I would have done until I got an itch for a white system and bought my shinobi

in all honesty though, from a modern perspective, there are many things that need fixing on these, which the 300-2 covers quite well: CPU backplate cutout, PSU bottom facing grill, and cable management

what would really make me buy another would be all the above (so the 300-2), with an offset 240 rad mount (a la fractal midi core) in the roof.........and a white version :p

for aircooling they are (both) great cases, incredible airflow for the size, probably because the entire front is mesh!

and due to the changes in dollar rate it has been significantly more than that for a considerable amount of time.

Yeah. That is fair enough. I guess I was a bit frustrated that in four years their range hasn't improved as much when some of the other cases on OcUK seem more enticing at that rough price range.

I own this case and it is prefect for me. Black with blue lights (which I have masked off with masking tape on the front). Very nice large case with two vents. I would say classy.
