Antec 300 - PSU orientation?...

Guys, those of you with the Antec 300, does it really matter what way up the PSU is?

I am putting together a system for a friend, so I want to be sure he won't have any issues. I know if it was for me, it would be going face down as it both looks better and is easier for cable management.

I know Antec recommend it be fitted fan up, but is it really likely to cause any issues with the fan face down?

I have seen some pics with it both ways, but really want to hear from someone who has been running with it for a while - especially if fan face down - to be sure it won't cause any problems before I install.

Fan up = drawin hot air away from case and outside. So that would make sense...

Fan facing down for the three months that I have been using one, and no issues.

Maybe he has made a window! Even if not, some people, me included like to make sure the inside of the case looks neat and tidy etc even if we don't have a window!

This is exactly the reason I wanted it facing down.
