Antec 300 replacement

So with Black Friday deals available and a little bit of spending money (under £50) allowed by the wife can anyone recommend a simple enough case to replace the trusty old Antec 300. It does not need to have flashy lights or windows - it sits in my office and needs to look grown up ish.

At this price point is there any difference between at £25 and £50 case or is it all in the aesthetics?
