Antec 300 *With Pics*

Just ordered myself an Antec 300 :)

Should be here tomorrow so i will post some pictures of course ;)

Time to strip my current case :D

They are quite nice actually, I was impressed when I built Josh's system.

Fancy a Core i7 to put in it?

Edit - whats wrong with your PC-7? Surely its a downgrade?

To much for the fortress haha :P

And its just loud and noisy, the side panels rattle and everything lol :rolleyes:
 
Are you running all them Sharkoons full speed? Would be loud in any case.

You have have got some sound damping and deadening for the Lian Li and just modded it up.
 
Well it arrived today and ive got it up and running.

Im using the Scythe Kaze Master right now and its a good fan controller for 4 fans. Very sleek and would go with the antec 300 perfectly i think. :D

Looks like a tidy build mate. :)
 
I had the Antec 300 and cable tidying was a bit of a nightmare until I cat a couple of small holes - pics of before and after here if they're any help to you!
 
Such a very good case. You will be very happy with it.

Here are a couple of pics of mine before changed things:





I was waiting on a new Heatsink at the time plus i decided to suspend the hard drive. I only use one large hard drive inside the PC and then have some External ones for other uses. The Airflow on the 300 is absolutely fantastic. So much so that i didn't use any case fans at all!! There was just no need!

I had a 9800 graphics card in there at one point too. It was so cool! It is such a good all round case.

How do you find the 300 compared to the P180?

I've been after a P180 for ages now but the £100ish price point puts me off. Been hovering around looking for one 2nd hand (can't get on the MM here) but no joy yet. The 300 is a very nice price point.

I've currently got a Coolermaster Elite (which I got because it had a free PSU and I had to rapidly rebuild on a budget), the front panel on that gets a bit rattley and inside is alright. I don't like the bit which holds all the cards in place though.

How much inc P&P (I'm not a driver!)?

I can't get into the Members Market but I buy on Ebay and AVForums if some sort of reliability indicator is needed.

Give me a price and I'll go away and look at my accounts online to see if I can budget!
