Currently have an Asus P5Q deluxe, E8400 OCed and HD 5870 in an Antec 900. Upgrading to an Asus P8P67, i5-2500k and keeping graphics. Was going to house the new stuff in the Antec 900 and give the old stuff to a friend and put it in a new CoolerMaster HAF 912 we have.

A few friends suggested the HAF 912 is better than the Antec 900, even though the Antec is still £85 new, says the Antec is a bit old and the new cheaper cases are better at cooling.

To complicate things, I have just been offered a new Antec 1200 with all the fans for £60, should I get that. An embarrassment of riches I suppose, but which way should I jump and which case should I put the old stuff in for my mate?

The Antec900 is around 5years old now, and gets beat by my more modern cases that cost less money.

The HAF912 is a much better case st £56.

Its a bit like the Antec300 which at £50 its completely out of its depth and was £30-35 a year ago.

i was debating the very same question a few days ago. Really wanted antec 902 v3 or 1200 v3 jusr because only these models have the cpu window which i needed. i will probs choose 902 v3 as my next case but the coolermaster haf 912 does everything the other 2 does and is more modern and cheaper
