Antec 900 fan bracket question

Hi all

basically im prbably going to be getting a new graphics card when they are released and looking at some of the predicted specs i have doubts about it fitting into my Antec 900 how it is currently set up.

what i am considering doing is removing the black optional fan mounting from the inside of the case (just above the HD-Tray)

but looking at it i cant see how it is fixed to the case.

is it a case of taking the front bays off to get to the screws or is there somthing very obvious im missing?

which bracket are we talking bout here, the one that clips to the back of the hdd cage to give you 2 fans on one?
 
just to try and explain the one i mean,

its a square black fan mount positioned inside the case, its kind of in the middle, higher than where i have my HD's mounted but below the top two drive bays.

so with the correct amount of force i should just be able to pull it off?
 
If its the same ones you get in the P182, it should just pop out if you pull the black tab away from the mountings. Dont do what I did and read the manual wrong, forcing the clip sideways and snapping it :(
