In my 1 month old Antec 900 case, the top 200mm fan makes a loud "click click" noise which subsides after a while. Could it be the ball bearings in the fan warming up? My room is freezing cold in the morning when I first turn it on.

Not the fan controller switch getting in the way, as basic as that sounds? They have a habit of hovering around the fan area unless tied down.

I double checked my case and it's 100% the top 200mm fan. When I turn it off, the click click noise is gone. It's as if the ball bearings in the fan are cold and rubbing. There are no cables, etc
touching the fan. After a few minutes the noise gradually disappears. A bit annoying though when the PC first starts up. Very stange...

When my room is freezing cold in the morning, the fan makes the click sound. When the room is warm before turning on the PC, the fan doesn't make a click sound, or isn't as loud. Wierd...

The fan in my new psu is like that.
First turn the pc on in the morning, it growls for a few seconds (sounds scary ;)) as it spins up.
Then gets quieter until I don't even hear it any more :)

Dodgy fan. Get in contact Antec about their returns policy; likely they'll let you send it back or send you a replacement 200mm 'big boy' fan.
