Tights a good idea and another from another member is to use the material out of the filters in a kitchen hood extractor, proberly cheaper than the tights.
I've put dust filters in, only I put one behind the lower front fan and one behind the optional middle fan (the one held by that black plastic mount). It probably obstructs airflow but I just raised the fan speeds to compensate. I've had the case for two months now and no dust. I also put a mesh on top of the 200mm fan and another filter on the side fan.
