I was just wondering where to find the switch so that i can change the setting on the case fans does anyone know?Or is there a program that can manage it?

As far as I know, the 900 case fans are 4-pin molex, which means they're plugged directly into your PSU, so there's no way to control them from software.

I think the controls for the 900 fans are on cables attached to the fans themselves; check inside the case.

The '900 has indeed 4-pin molex powering the fans. These have an inline L, M & H setting. They cannot be controlled from the MB unless you convert the molex to fan headers. I am not sure the MB could drive the big boy fan on top though...
