right guys i have antec 902 with True heatsink the thing is that due to the Tru i cant fit in a fan on the side window... are there any slim fans?? that i can buy to mount in that spot on the window as i would like to add a few more intake fans...

earlier on today while i had the case open i was temped to do a noob job and mount a 120mm fan on the outside of the case on the window to blow air in lol but in end i didnt...

also i have seen people who have 3 intake fans at the front??? how did they manage this and where did the mount the cd drive as i would like to add 3 fans at the front like the 1200... currently i have 2 intake fans at front one exit at back and large exit fan at top...

[edit] the other thing i noticed is that the 295GTX dumps most of the heat inside the case the back plate hardly any air comes out of there... also with the gainward 295 u get a tool called Expert tool in the temp setting it has contols for the fans i always kept the settings on dynamic but when i game the fans hardly turn on and card temp goes to around 80 84oc is this normal or should i crank up the fans manually to 100% via its fixed speed setting???

thanks

84 is frankly quite good for a high end graphics card, that's fine.
No side fan is a good thing, block off the vent with something and call it good. Intake on the side disrupts the nice laminar airflow through the case and generally isn't so good. More intake on the front is good, I'm not sure about your case. I tend to remove optical drives to fit more cooling, but then I rip games to iso and run from the hard drive.

This akasa is fantastic for the money, put it in the bottom of your case and it'll help get the hot air from your 295 out of the case. This by scythe may be the answer you're looking for wrt the front of the case, alternatively there might be a case specific solution for you.

You can get similar themed things to the akasa for around 30 quid which will be significantly better, but not ten times better. I had one of the akasas at the bottom of my case and another at the top, between graphics card and TRUE. This was very effective.
