Antec 902 Unknown wire...

Hey I recently purchased an Antec 902 case and I had a look at everything today and there is just one wire which is making my mind bubble. Theres this really short wire and at the end theres a metal circle with a hole in it.

Just wondering what its for or I should just ignore it.

... this isnt hanging inside near the very top of the case is it ?

Yeah its connected to the bit where the buttons and headphone socket is etc... its about 25cm long I would estimate. I will post a pic tomorrow.

A picture would be a big help ... have you tried using the front audio connectors yet?

Im pretty sure its a ground wire. It should go to one of the screws on the big boy fan.

Ahh thanks Ill just undo a screw and scvrew it back on with the ground wire attatched. Thanks again.

The 900 has the same thing, its a ground wire.
