Not only did they provide me with a free replacement door for my P182 as it had an odd "gluey" residue on the hinge and was annoying me, but now they have also replaced my Solo front panel because the silver front part was b0rked (over time, odd looking smudges appeared over it and wouldn't come off).

Very happy with them, will deffo be using their cases in future

Emailed them. They asked for pictures of my P182 issue, and my invoice to prove I bought it etc, with the solo I just emailed the pics + invoice with my first email to speed things up
