Antec Basiq 350watt

I have ordered a cheap 600watt, but that is after getting bad reviews. I was wondering if a 350watt antec psu would power:

AMD Athlon II 240
Asus M4A78TD-V Evo
2gb ddr3
Laptop sata hdd
cpu fan, 2 120mm case fans. no optical drive or gfx card.

I only need a temporary one as im pretty much broke.

Yup.
Will do fine.

I have an antec earthwatts powering my server which has 8 hard drives, 8400, 2gb x2 6000+ in it.

The motherboard said i need 15amps on the 12v rail, its only has 13amps and 10amps on two seperate rails.

I'd have thought it would do fine. And yeah, definitely stay away from CIT. Budget PSU choices at the minute:
