Antec Formula 7 Vs IC Diamond

I might be wrong, but from what I've heard/read IC Diamond carat is the best TIM on the market at the moment...by a good 2-3c

After a quick look its only real contender appears to be shin-etsu x23, even then the IC diamond carat comes out about 1c avg better.
