Antec Fusion V2 Build - Not HTPC

I've got an Antec Fusion V2 case sitting in my loft that I'm thinking of using to build a pc. I just have a couple of questions though. Would a 5870 and H50 fit in this case? Not sure how the cooling would be using this case though. I'm not sure what board or cpu I'd go for either. Any help appreciated.
