I've just got the above case along with an Abit Fatality F190HD motherboard,

I've already connected the HDDLED, PWR and RST cables. I'm a little bit confused as to as to where to connect two wires that seem to be coming form the front panel, one is marked M/B Power and the other is GND, now I know what they both mean it's just where to connect them.

Also what is the best DVD drive to fit behind the little flap?

Anyone got this case and motherboard who could advise me where to connect the two wires.

thanks

It's 145mm give or take a millimeter, hope that helps.

Anyone any suggestions as to my wire question.

Hey up, are you sure their not alternates for the main power cable?

Some case come with a second lead as some mobo's use a slightly different design on the power connector?

Edit ahh thinking about it, im betting its for the speaker!! grd = earth the other will be the positive.

many thanks DaveMac,

I did have a look on the Antec website but was obviously looking in the wrong place.

Thanks :)

The space between my AV shelfs is 150mm,,looks like it going be a tight fit

you should be ok as I said it was give or take a mill and no more than that, don't worry you won't get the case and then find out it's 160mm or anything like that.

cheers

No problem, I found it looking through for reviews as I may get one myself for an HTPC (tied between this or a Silverstone variation), how do you find it so far?

I've only got as far as installing the hardware and I've put an OS on it, I think it's a great case well desinged with seperate chambers for the power supply, HDDs and MB, on the front it's got a neat flap that hides the DVD drive so it keeps every thing clean looking. I've also got a Antec NSK 2480 case which is similar to the Fusion, as you can tell I do like these cases.

I've not done much with it so far, I must say though I'm really impressed with it, even without the two wires connected that I asked about I've still got the LED display working and it scrolls the new headlines and lot's of info on the OS, the case keeps nice and cool so it'll be ideal to leave running for long periods.
