Ive been using a pair of them, pretty quiet and they work pretty well, if you OC a fair amount on a 130tdp chip then its pretty maxed out but keeping a stock chip nearly silent is pretty nice and mine were used on 80tdp chips at a mild overclock 24.7 100% load.

what wouyld the overclocking possibilites be on a AMD phenom II x4 965 BE, ive googled but i cant seem to find a decent forum or answer anywhere

I have one and love it, ,25-30c idle and 55-60 when gaming 4.4ghz i5 3570k

Although the fan that comes with it is garbage (i have it as a case fan turned way down now) Push/pull with 2x Fractal design R2 1200rpm is what im using

Some people have issues with bubbles and such just shake the case a little and they will go away
