My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £59.89
(includes shipping: £9.90)

Bought the antec and am real happy with the unit.
Old CPU cooler was running idle at 46c full load 82c
new cooler 26c idle 50c full load.

problem is the fans speed set up.
At the moment ive got the running off the motherboard but the there running flat out.
I've tried looking in the bios but the fan speeds are locked out.
I've also tried down loading speed fan but it wont run on this PC.
Any help with controlling the fan speeds please.....

Still have the WC fan. but because i can see the fans from the front of the tower i didnt put it in because i dont like blue that much in a pc. I cant see the cpu block because i dont have a side window so that doesnt bother me. What happens when i connect the 4 pin fan. only ever connected 3 pins.
all case fans are 3 pins.

Your manual says this.

Fan Headers
The X8SAX/C7X58 has six fan headers
(Fan1 ~ Fan6). Fans 2~6 are system
cooling fans. Fan 1 is used as a CPU
fan. These fans are 4-pin fan headers.
However, Pins 1-3 of the fan headers are
backward compatible with the traditional
3-pin fans. (Note: Please use all 3-pin
fans or all 4-pin fans on a motherboard.
Please do not use 3-pin fans and 4-pin
fans on the same board. The default set-
ting is Disabled which allows the onboard
fans to run at full speed.) Refer to the table
on the right for pin definitions.

Are you sure that you have plugged your fan (the orange zigmatek) into the CPU fan socket? It's the top left hand one level with the bottom of your CPU socket.

Thats got the 3 pin plug thats on the CPU pump
