Antec HCG Pro 1200w power cable

I’ve put my new cables piled in with old cables whilst sorting my room by accident.

Anyone able to send a photo of the power cable with the socket end showing they got with their Antec HCG 3.1 1200w pro I can’t find it online.

You mean the mains power lead? It is a bog standard C13 "kettle" lead (straight, not angled). Mine is branded Xinbaihui.

Glad you managed to find it, OP. In general, how is the PSU so far? Is quiet, cables feel high quality, etc? Does the box say '12v-2x6' on it at all? The Antec website just says '12VHPWR' but it is an ATX 3.1 PSU so I assume it is the latest spec of the cable.

Yeah the PSU is great and the cables do feel nice. As for sound it’s quiet but at the same time I’ve got a 7900xtx hellhound so can only hear the coil whine on that lol

This is probably a good time for me to ask since I’ve already made a forum but I don’t suppose you know if it’s ok to plug my PC into an extension lead? I’ve been trying to sort my wires to go all under my desk and an extension lead for my PC would be a hell of a lot easier than in that wall.

Was looking at a Belkin 6 outlet 650 Joule surge protected strip which would have the PC (7900xtx 9800x3d), monitor & maybe a PS5.

I think the strip would be 13A 250V so would that be ok to put the PC into. Don’t want to do anything wrong a nuke it all though as I’ve been told before only put a PC into the wall socket.
