After a very space efficient build. With this build in mind, do you think there will be any issues regarding cooling?

Antec ISK 110 case

Amd 7850k Apu

Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI Mini ITX FM2+

Kingston Savage 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2400 Memory

Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Noctua NH-L9a 57.5 CFM CPU Cooler

Pico power 160W PSU

Total = £470

I do have an idea for better cooling though, if i put a 120mm liquid cooler on it, so i would cut two holes the size of the pipes on top of the case. Then i would somehow mount it on top, so it would lie on the side were all the ventilation holes are. So the fan would be on the top, would this then be blowing air through the rad which in turn would get warmed then be blowing warm air into the case? Or would it be cold?
