Very tidy! Why does there appear to be two cooler heads? one on the fan seems weird.

Looks a lot like the fractal node 304 but with the PSU orientated vertically and the ability to have an optical drive installed. You can fit 6 x 3.5" drives in that..

Personally I would have used a slot loading optical drive.

Why isn't there 2 usb 3.0 ports?

For anyone interested, if you use all 3 of the available 3.5" drive bays, you can fit a maximum CPU cooler size of 115mm. I was considering doing a SFF build for my living room and emailed them about it
