Antec Kuhler 620

Hi all,

Building a new pc soon with this cooler with the asrock extreme 7 gen 3.

I am wondering, there's plenty of reviews stating some make bubbling and weird sounds.

Now, my question is, when installing do I need to do anything first like letting it run for a few minutes before building a complete pc and turning it on? (even possible?)

Also, does it matter which way I have the radiator and pipes? I.e Vertical? I think installing it as it is on the product picture on OCuk I will have trouble fitting it.

Hi, I have the Antec kuhler 920 very happy with it, slight bubbling at first but this went away within 20 mins of running. Doesn't matter which way you mount it, its up to you.

i have the 920 also, great cooler, havnt had any problems with it. apart from a bit of air in pump but all had to do was tip the system a bit so lose the air.

620 here also on same mobo! Not one problem have my lovely cpu at 5ghz aswell!

Another quick q

When installing and putting the back plate onto the back of the motherboard..

Is it really safe to simply stick it onto the back of the mobo with included stickers as it says and people do in videos? Wouldn't it mess up circuits etc?#
It obviously doesn't but it seems a bit weird literally putting a powerful strength double sided tape on the back of the motherboard...it's not gonna come off easy!
