Hi guys I have a quick question about my Antec P-180 case - sorry if I am being thick

First question I have just fitted my Corsair PSU now should I have the fan on the PSU blow down as it is in the picrure or turn it upside down and have it blowing up

Next questions the studs on the rear of the case are these the stand offs for the motherboard or do I screw the brass stand offs onto these - also any other tips on this case would be great.

It doesn't matter which way around you have the PSU, as there is a gap above and below it. Incidentally, I have mine (a Corsair also) the same way as you have in the picture.

Yes they are the standoffs. You don't need to screw the spare brass ones on top of these.

The more air you have around the fan the better as there will be less turbulance and therefore less noise. I would turn it the other way around. It wont affect its operation but in theory it should be quieter.

Thanks for that, I will leave the PSU I think seeing as it will not effect performance,

As for the standoff's for the mother board - I thought they were but when I saw the brass ones in the bag I thought they must screw onto those in the picture

Thanks for taking the time to reply very good of you

i had the fan placed at the top on my psu only then i can stuff all my cables below it so it doesnt look so bad when im in the case
