anyone got one?

Thinking of ordering one to replace my Plusview 1000 which i've had for 3 years now.

Pics would be great if anyone has any - can only seem to find stock pics.

and whats the build quality like? worth the 70 odd quid?

Not fussed about the PSU - will be selling that as soon as it arrives.

From what i've seen and read its not a bad little case at all.

Want something a lot smaller than the plusview, as i'm fed up of lugging that around.

The only things putting me off were the PSU & the boring colour but other forum peeps reckon the PSU will be more than adequate for my setup and the rig will be under my desk anyway so the colour shouldn't matter diddly squat

Those drive suspension rubber bands are supposedly prone to breaking suddenly -perhaps something to do with the constant breeze inside the case drying out the rubber? Googled for these breakages but didn't come up with much so what the heck (besides, its only an option anyway).

i like the 'boring' white myself - one of the reasons for getting the case.

Dont think i'll be using the rubber bands - dont want to risk them snapping and losing 750gb of data!

Normal screwed in method is fine for me - i'm not after an uber silent case tbh, just something smaller.

P150 was the first thing that caught my eye so not bothered looking at anything else.

I'm gonna try the rubber band thingies but I might rig up some kind of harness (ie bit of string or something lol) to stop the drive falling in the event of snappage

Thats why you don't use rubber bands. You use bungee cord instead. Ive used thin bungee cord out of the insides of tentpoles. The stuff is designed not to snap, as its woven rubber and nylon.

Got one setup with my 5000+ X2, only problem I had with it was the fact that the PSU wasn't very powerful and didn't run when I connected it up to all my hardware, I replaced it with a more powerful model and everything was funky. I looks smart which is what I prefer cases to look, connections are easy to get to and it remains cool and quiet.
