Antec P180 Door

Ive managed to break my door on my antec p180 case :( Ive sent antec an email and they say they will replace it for me....only problem is they need a copy of my original invoice and i cant find the damn thing anywhere.If i cant find my invoice am i goosed...or is there another way.Bought the case from here (ocuk) by the way.

Have you searched your e-mail inbox for a record of buying it from Ocuk.

Search for these words = Overclockers UK

or even if you can find the order number in an email somewhere you might be able to get OcUK to send you a second receipt?
 
If they complain and you can not find a recipt, try saying it was not fit for purpose, and you obviously bought a antec case new.

Just be really awkward, they will just give in on something like this to prevent issues, Antec are usually really good all round for replacements, although personally I have only ever sent back a PSU.
 
You don't need a receipt. I'm pretty sure those cases must be less than 1 year old and under UK law, that's all you need to prove. Itr must be fit for purpose for 1 year minimum.

Seems odd that they are quibbling though.
 
Managed to find the email receipt from August so i sent that as proof of purchase :)
