Can't decide between these 2 cases. I'm leaning towards the Mirage as it seems to get far fewer complaints than the P180, which I notice some people have some real gripes with.

Basically, I want a case with a door, as personally I just like that clean look. I also want good cooling (I know a door may hinder that slightly, but I can live with that), and I also want quiet. From what I've read, these 2 cases seem to offer all of the above - unless there is another I should consider? I did notice the Lian Li S80, but I can't really justify that price. The Antec 900 seems good, but no door and I'm not convinced it will be that quiet. Are there any cases just around the corner worth waiting for?

I'll be putting a 8800GTX in there, so it needs to have the room.

Any advice much appreciated. Thanks... :)

TBH its what you like the look of most! With the P180 i think you will need to remove the upper hdd cage for the g80 cards - not sure weather or not this is the case (excuse pun) with the akasa range.

I have a P180 - but im leaning towards the akasa if not a v1000 because the p180 is 16KG

Just got myself an eclipse (mirage without the door) and you will definitely have enough room inside this for any card you throw at it. Another thread on here about what will fit in different cases.

The eclipse will take a G80 card with about 2 inches to spare :)
So the same applies for the Mirage.

The Eclipse/Mirage is an awesome case and far better quality and design than the P180.

Yup, that's what I was thinking. :) Have yet to hear a serious complaint about the Mirage. Seems a great all rounder.

The only other case which has caught my eye is the Lian Li V1100, but at half as much again, I'm really not sure I can justify that extra cost when the Mirage seems such a winner.
